Yes. Our Women of Strength and Valor program is especially developed for women who serve as Warriors and/or are married to Warriors. We place special emphasis on equipping women to thrive in their calling.
We believe high-risk public service is a special calling. We equip Warriors to thrive in their calling by helping sustain peak individual, team, and family performance across all pillars of wellness. Our approach builds on significant scientific research focused on Human Performance Optimization (HPO) with emphasis on spiritual wellness, social connectedness and family support as the integrating components of holistic wellness.
Human Performance Optimization is a scientific field of study and holistic wellness practice that integrates physical, mental, spiritual and relational wellness to enhance, sustain and restore peak performance. HPO research and methods were innovated by the U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. Special Operations Command in partnership with academia, sports medicine, mental health experts and faith leaders. HPO goes beyond legacy approaches that focus on after-incident care, post-critical incident stress management, post-traumatic stress disorder etc. Instead, HPO builds on professional sports medicine and treats Warriors as tactical athletes with an aim towards maximizing their performance and extending the longevity of their careers at peak performance.
