We make communities better by helping high-risk public servants be their best.
We work to equip them, and their families, to thrive in their calling - to serve with Strength and Honor.
We do this by coming alongside them to connect, encourage, and strengthen them.
Walking with Warriors was founded by a military wife, and her Solider husband. After 9/11, they shared 20+ years of active duty service in Special Operations while raising their family of five children. We are operated by a multi-generational team of high-risk public servants (Warriors/Guardians), and their spouses, who've served in law enforcement, fire/rescue, and the military. We understand your service, sacrifices, and the challenges you may face.
We provide experiences and resources that equip Warriors to thrive before, during, and after life's challenges. We promote holistic wellness (physical, spiritual, emotional, relational) and peer-to-peer support. We believe Iron Sharpens Iron, Proverbs 21:17.
We are a community-based organization that honors, celebrates, and supports the high-risk public service of past, present, and future generations. We do not define Warriors by injuries, but by their calling to selflessly serve others in high-risk public service. We believe in raising up the next generation of Warriors by mentoring and encouraging them on their journey. We encourage holistic health and fitness (H2F), human performance optimization (HPO), post-traumatic growth (PTG), and spiritual readiness/wellness.
We do this because we love God, we love people, and we love our community. We are inspired and driven by the love and Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Walking with Warriors is a veteran-operated, 501(c)(3) non-profit, public charitable organization.
